Same Same designs and sells customisable twin baby products, including matching apparel, accessories, and gift sets that can be personalised with names, colours, sizes, and graphics. We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact colours of the finished product. Because many items are handmade and made to order, slight variations are natural and are part of each piece's charm.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including where a pricing or product error has occurred.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payments provider, and you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. You are responsible for ensuring that personalisation details (such as names and spelling) are correct at the time of checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed, as production and courier timeframes may vary — particularly for customised and made-to-order items. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Because personalised and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply for change of mind. However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
